Scalpers, day traders, swing traders, and position traders: here at OneWay FX, we teach our students how to master all four styles of trading. Learn to strategically analyze the market and take what it gives you, rather than forcing a trade.
Scalpers (seconds to minutes)
If there’s an opportunity to scalp, scalp. Analyze short-term market movements and act on the setup with a clear entry, exit, and risk plan.
Day traders (minutes to several hours within a single day)
If you see a day trade, enter and hold it for some time. Follow the opportunity within the trading day and let your analysis guide when to exit.
Swing traders (a few days to several weeks)
If you see a swing-trade setup, enter and hold it for a while. Give the market move room to develop while staying disciplined with your trading plan.
Position traders (several months to multiple years)
If you see an opportunity to position trade, take your position and pursue long-term wealth building. Think beyond short-term moves and manage risk throughout the journey.
